Rules for Roman Numerals
- Only whole numbers, no fractions
- No negative numbers
- The calculator will max out at 9,000 minus one
- The computation engine will not "choke" on 9,000 and above, but the Roman numerals will be non-standard
- Roman Numerals are made to middle-ages standard, not Roman Empire standard (Romans used IIII for 4, not IV)
- iiiiii on input will be VI on output
