Rules for Roman Numerals

1. Only whole numbers, no fractions
2. No negative numbers
3. The calculator will max out at 9,000 minus one
4. The computation engine will not "choke" on 9,000 and above, but the Roman numerals will be non-standard
5. Roman Numerals are made to middle-ages standard, not Roman Empire standard (Romans used IIII for 4, not IV)
6. iiiiii on input will be VI on output
